By purchasing any product or service from us you agree to these General Conditions of Sale and our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Article 1 — Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all orders for digital products, online courses, memberships, programs, workshops, and services offered by CS RevSpeak and purchased through our Site or our secure checkout providers. “Client” means any individual or entity that places an order and completes payment.

Article 1a — Age Limit

We sell to a mature audience.

Digital products and online courses: clients must be 16+.
Services including coaching, workshops, and live programs: clients must be 18+.
If we learn a client does not meet the age requirement we will refund the purchase and terminate access.

Article 2 — Orders & Offer-Specific Terms

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Some offers may include additional or different terms (e.g., cohort rules, access duration). If there is a conflict, the offer-specific terms on the sales page or checkout control for that offer.

Article 3 — Prices, Currency & Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices can change at any time, but the price at checkout applies to your order. Applicable taxes, VAT, or GST may be collected at checkout where required by law. We may use third-party tax calculation and collection services.

Article 4 — Payment & Security

Payment is due at the time of order, including for pre-orders. We use third-party processors such as Stripe or the checkout built into Systeme.io. By paying you authorize the processor to charge your selected payment method. Payment data is handled by the processor and secured under their terms. We do not store full card details.

We may accept major credit/debit cards and other methods supported by our processor.
If a payment fails we may suspend access until resolved.
For installment plans or subscriptions you agree to keep a valid payment method on file and authorize recurring charges until cancellation per Article 9.

Article 5 — Digital Delivery & Access

Most purchases grant digital access only. After payment you will receive access instructions by email and through your Systeme.io account or other platform we designate.

Please enter a valid email and keep credentials secure.
Access is personal and non-transferable.
If a course states lifetime access it means the life of the product as offered by CS RevSpeak, not your lifetime. We may retire or replace products with reasonable notice and equivalent alternatives where practical.

Article 6 — Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration and billing information.
Any hardware, software, and internet needed to access our content.
Complying with community rules for live sessions or forums. We may remove anyone who disrupts events or violates these Terms without a refund if warnings are ignored.

Article 7 — Intellectual Property & License

All content, frameworks, videos, documents, templates, and materials are owned by CS RevSpeak or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for your personal or internal business use only.
You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, publish, post, or make our materials available to third parties without written permission.
If your purchase includes team or multi-seat use we will specify the number of permitted users in the offer details.

Article 8 — Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our programs, templates, and course materials, we do not offer refunds, prorations, or credits on any purchases, including payment plans and subscriptions once the initial charge has processed.

Subscriptions & payment plans: You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation does not refund prior charges, and access may end immediately upon cancellation if stated on the offer page.
Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and recover associated costs where permitted by law.
Access issues: If you experience a technical problem, contact support@csrevspeak.com within 7 days and we’ll assist with access.
Local law: If a mandatory consumer right applies in your jurisdiction (e.g., a statutory cooling-off period), we will honor it as required by law; otherwise, this no-refund policy governs.

Article 9 — Subscriptions, Payment Plans & Cancellations

If you enroll on a subscription or installment plan:

You authorize recurring charges until you cancel or complete the plan.
Cancel anytime for future periods via the customer portal link in your receipt or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund past charges.
For payment plans, canceling before completion may immediately revoke access to materials and communities.

If a charge fails we may retry and notify you. Continued failure may suspend or terminate access.

Article 10 — Chargebacks & Collections

You agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as breach of contract. We reserve the right to refer unpaid amounts to collections and to recover associated costs where permitted by law.

Article 11 — Communications & Marketing

By purchasing you consent to receive service-related emails about your order, access instructions, and updates to your program. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. We comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Article 12 — Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data to deliver your order and improve our services. See our Privacy Policy for the categories of data, purposes, legal bases, and your rights under applicable laws, including GDPR for EU/UK residents and CCPA/CPRA for California residents. Article 13 — Disclaimers

Our programs provide education and best-practice frameworks. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or outcomes. Nothing in our materials is legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice.

Article 14 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CS RevSpeak and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Article 15 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CS RevSpeak harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or materials or your breach of these Terms.

Article 16 — Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Share or resell access, scrape or download content in bulk, or remove proprietary notices.
Upload or transmit malware or attempt to disrupt the Site.
Use our materials to create competing products that substantially replicate our frameworks.

Article 17 — Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including outages, platform failures, strikes, acts of government, or natural events. We will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

Article 18 — Changes to Products or Terms

We may update products to improve quality and may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updates.

Article 19 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law rules.

Good-faith resolution first. If a dispute arises, contact us at support@csrevspeak.com and we will try to resolve it within 30 days.

Venue. If not resolved, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Class action waiver. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.

Platform specifics (Systeme.io)

You agree to comply with any acceptable-use rules of Systeme.io in addition to these Terms.
If Systeme.io experiences downtime we will use reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative. Downtime does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless local law requires it.
